Experience

Marie-Martine has worked in HR since 1983, first in head-hunting as a search assistant, then as a consultant and project manager in a career transition firm.
She focused on changes brought about by internet job searches, and built an alumni web club.
She worked then at DBM for 7 years, as a consultant, project manager and Business Unit Manager.. She has created her own Training and HR Consulting company, in 2008 and works as a facilitator and career coach. She is also focused on professional career development of women, on Gen Yers and those who manage them, and on the digitalization of HR.
She enjoys the dynamic of a group especially when experience and knowledge are being shared. When coaching, she also enjoys being able to “lift someone up” and support him/her to reach his/her goal.
